Refund Policy

Ripple Ready Swim Safety Services aims to provide clear, fair service for both bookings and product purchases.

For services, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Appointments may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if you contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee of up to 50 percent of the service price. No-shows may be charged the full amount.

For physical products, if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

At this time, unopened and unused physical products may be eligible for return only if approved in advance. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

If a service must be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances on our end, we will work with you to reschedule or provide an appropriate refund.
