Meet Khion Palmer

With years of experience across public and private aquatic facilities, Khion Palmer is a certified head lifeguard, a dedicated safety professional, and the founder of Ripple Ready Swim Safety Service. He currently serves in a leadership role with Mecklenburg County, North Carolina’s second-largest county, where he applies advanced safety protocols and government-issued certifications in real-world, high-traffic environments.

At Ripple Ready, Khion brings that same level of precision, professionalism, and purpose to every client interaction. His bold vision is to protect lives, promote preparedness, and redefine how communities think about poolside safety, one swimmer, one pool, and one ripple at a time.

Known for his calm authority, unwavering focus, and attention to detail, Khion blends certified lifeguard staffing with proactive safety consulting to create safer swim environments for families, private event hosts, and facility managers. His work is grounded in the belief that every ripple of awareness creates a wave of protection and that smart supervision saves lives.
