With years of experience across public and private aquatic facilities, Khion Palmer is the founder of Ripple Ready Swim Safety Service and a dedicated water safety professional. He currently serves in a leadership role with Aqua Tots Swim School in Northern Virginia, where he applies advanced safety protocols in real-world, high-traffic environments.

At Ripple Ready, Khion brings that same level of professionalism, preparation, and purpose to every client interaction. His goal is to help families, organizations, and pool owners build safer swim environments through trusted staffing, practical safety support, and stronger supervision.
